The Washington Post reported that Sen. Chuck Schumer led a Democratic policy discussion on jobs. “The senators concluded that the only stimulative measures with any chance of getting Republican votes involve tax cuts.”
Democrats shouldn't be seeking the lowest common denominator with extremist Republicans -- please call Senator Schumer and let him know that Democrats need to fight for major investments in jobs and rally the public until Republicans cave.
