We recently emailed you about Chris Van Hollen's statement that he is "open to all ideas" on Medicare and Social Security cuts. Many of you made calls to his office asking him make a public statement saying that cuts to Social Security and Medicare benefits are off the table.
We have good news. In an interview today, Van Hollen declared for the first time that raising the Medicare retirement age was off the table for him.
