Big Pharma rigged the rules: NAFTA 2.0 guarantees extended monopoly rights for pharmaceutical corporations to block generic competition. This would tie the hands of this and future Congresses to change the policies that lead to high drug prices. It also would export these bad policies to Mexico and Canada.
