Duncan Hunter could conceivably win re-election, and then serve in Congress from prison.
After being indicted for embezzling over $250,000 in campaign funds, Hunter has continued to run for re-election. But his district, once "Solid Republican", is turning on him. The latest poll shows him with a slim three point lead.
Ammar Campa-Najjar is surging at just the right time, but in order to win he needs to get every Democrat in the district out to vote.
