Last week, Virginia Senate Republicans rammed through a new redistricting plan that strengthens their districts and weakens many held by Democrats. This bill was passed without warning, without public comment, and almost without debate -- it clearly violates Virginia’s constitution.
The General Assembly and Governor McDonnell need to hear your voice. Tell them to stand against this unconstitutional bill.
