After the loss of Ted Kennedy's seat in Massachusetts, the idea of passing a health care bill through budget reconciliation – a process that only requires 51 votes in the Senate – has been gaining momentum. Sen. Michael Bennet from Colorado is circulating a letter to Majority Leader Reid, calling for this strategy.
