H.R. 9495 is an extremely dangerous bill that would give Trump new power to strip 501c3 non-profit status from any philanthropy or organization like the NAACP or Planned Parenthood merely by accusing them of things that are already illegal and for which there is already a due process to handle.

The ACLU warns, "Now is not the time to give the executive branch broad new and easily abused powers Trump could use to suppress the views of those he sees as his political enemies."
