800,000 Americans will face deportation if we don't protect the Dreamers. And millions of children will be left without health insurance is Congress doesn't fully fund the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Democrats have leverage because later this month, Republicans will need 60 votes to pass a huge spending bill in the Senate. Democrats should draw a clear line in the sand: NO DREAM ACT? NO CHIP? NO DEAL!
