An upside-down American flag flew in front of Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito's house in the days before President Biden's inauguration. This symbol was widely adopted by Trump supporters after the Jan 6 insurrection.

Now, the Court is set to rule on two big Jan 6 cases. One could give Trump complete immunity from prosecution.

Justice Alito has not recused himself from either case, even though a federal law requires him to for any case "in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned."

This Supreme Court was already facing a legitimacy crisis. With the very real possibility that the Justices could decide the 2024 election, the American people need to know the truth.

Investigate whether Justice Alito's upside-down flag-flying indicates that his "impartiality might reasonably be questioned" or he "has a personal bias or prejudice" that demands his recusal from cases involving Trump and Jan 6.
