Tell Democrats: Support Ro Khanna’s and Carlos Eduardo Espina’s ICE Accountability and Reform Plan

Democrats must unite to do everything they can to restore and defend the rule of law against ICE's abuse of power. That includes:

  1. Voting no on the DHS funding bill.
  2. Repealing the multi-year $75 billion funding for ICE.
  3. Impeaching Bondi.
  4. Ending qualified immunity for ICE agents.
  5. Investigating and prosecuting every single ICE agent who broke the law.
  6. Ending the Kavanaugh stops with racial profiling and the militarization of ICE.
  7. Codifying a use-of-force standard so courts can enforce the law against rogue ICE agents.
  8. Tearing down and replacing ICE with an agency that has oversight.
  9. Prohibiting masks and mandating body cameras and visible identification for immigration officers.
  10. Establishing human rights standards at immigration detention facilities.
